Dopplers
Every First Beats Doppler comes with a prepaid, self addressed Express Courier Satchel for its easy return.
When you are ready to return the First Beats Doppler, simply place the unit back inside the white box and securely close the lid. Place the box inside the unused courier satchel, seal it, and then call the courier collection phone number clearly displayed on the front of the satchel to arrange collection from your work or home or other address.
Collections can be arranged between the hours of 9AM and 5PM on any business day. However any collection arranged outside these times will result in an additional cost being charged.
Other Products
Once a First Beats product has been delivered, you have 5 working days in which you can email or telephone us to cancel your purchase. We will refund you the purchase in full. However, the cost of delivery is non-refundable and cost of return must be paid for by the purchaser.
